8. Risk of Loss

All items purchased from Thunmansala are made pursuant to a shipment contract. The risk of loss and title for such items pass to you upon delivery to the carrier.

If the dispute cannot be resolved through informal negotiation within 30 days, the dispute shall be referred to and resolved by arbitration, in accordance with the Arbitration Act No. 11 of 1995 of Sri Lanka.
