If any damage is found in the books we send, we will facilitate an exchange upon verifying that the damage occurred prior to dispatch. Please note that no refunds or returns will be accepted for any other reasons.

8. Risk of Loss
All items purchased from Thunmansala are made pursuant to a shipment contract. The risk of loss and title for such items pass to you upon delivery to the carrier.

Both parties agree to first attempt to resolve any dispute amicably through good faith negotiations. If the dispute cannot be resolved through informal negotiation within 30 days, the dispute shall be referred to and resolved by arbitration, in accordance with the Arbitration Act No. 11 of 1995 of Sri Lanka.
